The Ask
Outdoor advertising agency, JCDecaux, employs thousands of people across the UK. Since the end of the pandemic, it has been working towards encouraging employees to come back onsite. Launched in 2024, ‘We’re All In’ Day is a monthly event, where all employees, go into the office to participate in a day of wellbeing workshops and networking groups. The aim was to create a brand to support this reconnection in the workplace.

The Concept

Working with the internal communications team, we wanted to create a look and feel that focused on the feeling of connection. Keeping it contemporary, I used simple, geometric shapes to represent the diversity within the workplace. Overall, I aimed to design a logo that encompassed ‘getting to know one another’ again, while sitting comfortably alongside the existing JCDecaux branding.

I worked on

Identity design, branded visual language, powerpoint templates and word doc templates.
